Record all conversations with people in leasing office cause the next time you talk to them they will switch up what they say. Beware they will tell you that you’ll only pay for electricity but once that first bill comes you’re paying for water, sewer, gas, account setup fee and a service fee. Makes rent goes up about $100-$200 more than what’s expected to pay. Beware that residents steal packages ALL the time so i would get It shipped to Amazon locker or a family member home when it’ll be safe. Then once they open your package and realize it’s nothing that they want they leave It in the hall. SMH leasing office is bad at answering Any calls and when you do go in the office it’s like you’re bothering them and that you’re the problem. parking is terrible and only 1 car per household. After 630pm it’s a struggle finding parking and when you do beware people can’t drive and will hit your car and keep going. Residents are rude and a bit racist. My solution is STAY AWAY FROM AXIS BY ANY MEANS.

Lived there for a few years and it only got worse especially if you're on the first floor. Crawling bugs everywhere and teens knocking on your windows constantly, no surveillance cameras anywhere so good luck catching them. A HUGE indian community lives there so be prepared for spicy smelling hallways. Kids running around everywhere so no peace and quiet. No guest parking, they tell u to call Westmont village so ur guests can park half a mile away or get towed instantly 🤦. Also be prepared for orange water very often especially in the bathtub. Last year they raised the rent by a couple of hundred dollars. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Shout out to the maintenance guys for doing a great job and showing up on time when called. Besides that save yourself the trouble and look for an apartment elsewhere.

I’ve been staying in Axis for last 6 months and here are my pros and cons of staying here. Axis is couple of hundred $ cheaper than staying in any nearby apartments. They don’t have centralized ac and the kitchen cabins are outdated when compared to other apartments. Axis also have free parking. Their maintenance staffs are very nice people and they help us on time. One unacceptable thing with axis is the amount of support we were getting from leasing office. I had very tough time. All you will hear is that leasing agent who was supporting you is out of office or is in a meeting and other leasing won't even be ready to help you out. Their office is slow and they take their own time in fixing simple stuffs. I was charged once for renters (which was fine). I was asked to email new renters and I did the same. They never updated their backend and I was kept on charged for multiple months. Whenever I visited the leasing office all you hear them saying is that oh the leasing agent isn't available. I have had so many other difficulties as well with them. This experience is totally different to what I saw with other neighboring apartments when I lived there. Edit: I moved out of Axis and I will never recommend

My husband and I really enjoyed living at Axis! The apartment was spacious and open, and maintenance were always prompt, respectful, and helpful. Our building was cleaned and maintained regularly. We utilized the complex gym frequently and appreciated the variety of machines, including a stair stepper and rower. The neighboring community is pleasant and close to some nice outdoor spaces. We did have a few minor problems with neighbors leaving their laundry in the communal washers for hours on end (there are only 2 washers and dryers for each building), but once management was made aware of the issue, they did their best to address it. This was more cumbersome than anything and problems like these can be expected when living in apartments. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and I’d totally recommend Axis to anyone considering moving in!

The maintenance team is always quick to resolve any issues, despite them all being small things! As a dog owner, having maintenance come can be a bit of nuisance but they always work around my schedule and communicate well. I’ve been here since August and I’ve had minimal complaints. If you go into the leasing office, they are typically available and able to help with any concerns.
